So here is a little piece I did for fun, it’s of Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev’s creator-owned series “Scarlet”. I have to thank the always incredible Tim Daniel for mocking it up with the logo and cover dressing. Click the image to see the virgin cover. Anyways, enjoy!
“Everything is amazing but nobody cares. Nobody but you.”
So, I am finally allowed to post this up online. Here is the first promotional image from a comic project I will be co-writing with Jeremy Holt and handling all of the art chores for. More info coming soon. Enjoy!
Back in late February, I was asked by Sam Chou to work alongside a handful of artists to create the bumper for TAAFI. Since both of my shots have been published (in both print and web) via the National Post, I am assuming I am in the clear with posting these up.
I handled everything in my portion of the bumper – aside from the lineart for the characters, those were drawn by my talented friend Anna Bron. Below I have screenshots from the final composite along with the original painted backgrounds before they were color graded in After Effects. Thank you for your time and enjoy!
I drew this up while I was up north in Collingwood / Blue Mountain ( and drawn from reference). Anyways, I’ve been busy working on some side projects along with managing the day job. Some real work coming soon, I promise. Until next time…
An old drawing that I did for a sketch thing Kris Anka was doing… I failed of course, but at least I got this one gem out of it. Tried to channel Hughes a little bit in this… anyways, all the best.
A slightly edited panel from a personal project I did a couple months ago. Busy with a new job, so hopefully new work soon! Until then, enjoy me and my chest hair…
Polarity Variant Cover.
BOOM! Comics asked me to do a variant cover for their new mini series called “Polarity”, written by Max Bemis and drawn by Jorge Coelho. You can read more about it at USA Today. Thanks!
